From our home in the Sacramento area of California we are able to drive to desert, alpine, or marine areas for all sorts of recreation opportunities.
When we are at home we have wonderful recreation opportunities including a public park that literally is right next to our property and a river-side bicycle trail less than a mile away.
In my younger days I was active in a very successful girl's field hockey team.
